Rachael Marusarz

Rachael Marusarz is a fundraising executive and transformational coach who has spent nearly two decades building fundraising and advancement programs in the health care, human service, and social justice fields. She is Vice President, Development / Chief Development Officer at Sinai Chicago, which is one of Illinois’ largest nonprofit, safety net health care systems. Rachael also is adjunct faculty with Wright Graduate University for the Realization of Human Potential (WGU), where she mentors students in the Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership and Coaching Program. Rachael earned her Master of Arts and Doctor of Education (EdD) in Transformational Leadership & Coaching from the Wright Graduate University. . Her doctoral research focused on how to support nonprofit sector professionals to develop greater personal responsibility for their self-care, satisfaction, and impact. Rachael is active in Chicago’s civic community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for BECOME: Center for Community Engagement and Social Change. She also has served on the Board of Directors for Chicago Women in Philanthropy. She earned her MBA from the Graham School of Management.
