Lisa Sanden

Dr. Lisa Sanden has over 30 years of experience in education. She is faculty for the Wright Graduate University and is a coach, trainer, group leader, and consultant for the Wright Foundation, with a specialty in meeting people where they are so that they can get to where they want to go.

Lisa has been interested in human emergence since adolescence when her family participated in the personal growth seminars that flourished in the 1970s. That interest evolved into a 28-year career in AMI Montessori, supporting children, parents, teachers, and schools to become their best, and eventually lead to her interest in the programs offered by the Wright Foundation. Lisa earned both her masters and doctorate in Transformational Leadership and Coaching from the Wright Graduate University. Her studies focused on creating programs that help teachers to develop their social-emotional intelligence so that they can more effectively mitigate the stress and burnout associated with emotional labor and thus better support the children and families in their care. Lisa currently serves as adjunct faculty, coach, and trainer at the Wright Foundation.
