Hear what others have to say:
“The amount of passion that Beryl has for her work and those with whom she works is palpable. She has a joyful grace and presence that immediately makes you feel like you have known her for years. It can be scary going past the edge of your comfort zone and she makes this journey feel as though you have an old friend with you every step of the way. Every time I have gone on the journey of breath work with Beryl I feel like I am able to give myself permission to lower the gates for growth! She does an astounding job of holding space for you and illuminating hidden old patterns of thought that get to be released so that you can redirect them for a better quality of life! She delicately and adeptly shows you what you get to let go of and with her healing abilities she facilitates that release. After my last breath work session I felt 5lbs lighter and more in tune with the me I am supposed to be. I strongly recommend that you work with Beryl to illuminate and release those things that are holding you back from your highest and most fully expressed version of yourself!”
