Realize your potential – beyond what you thought was possible.

My company is now at $65MM, internationally recognized and growing fast. My daughters are also growing fast, and I’m proud that I haven’t missed much of their becoming young women. And I haven’t missed out on having a fulfilling marriage either. It hasn’t been easy, but I would recommend taking on both to anyone. I’ve finally accepted there’s enough of me to go around… and I still have time for myself. Through leadership and through coaching I’ve gotten through Wright, I’ve been able to have both.

Live the life you've always wanted to live

Previously, I had a view that finding a life purpose is a monumental and difficult task. I identified my purposes and how to break them down and satisfy the needs underlying them.  Amazing!

– Sanjida C.

I am alive, and I have been handed some great tools to help create the best me I can be—Now I have to do my work & use them.  Looking at my old patterns & beliefs creating an environment that questions them & encourages me to reprogram them was great.

– Kelly S.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to smash their limiting beliefs, connect more deeply with themselves, and feel connection with others who are also searching.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly do you do as coaches?

We support our clients to have the life of their dreams – and to dream big! First, we help our clients to create a compelling vision of what they want (beyond mere hopes or fears). This vision can be all encompassing or can focus on one aspect of life – relationship, career, self-development, etc. Once this vision is clear, we develop and implement the goals and action steps to achieve it. Our role as coaches is to provide support, accountability, and training to make their vision a reality, continually reminding clients what they really want and who they really are.

Why would someone need a life coach?

life coach can support you in breaking out of current restrictive thought patterns, lifestyle choices, or even relationships that are holding you back. Anyone who wants more out of life, has goals they want to achieve, a problem to solve or a vision to fulfill can benefit greatly from a coaching relationship. It can be difficult for us to make changes on our own, because we all have systems in place that keep us from getting what we want and staying stuck in our own status quo. Just as an Olympic athlete continues to use a life coach to push them beyond what they believe they can achieve, people who want a lot out of life use life coaches to hold great visions for them and to hold them accountable to achieving those visions.

What results can people expect when they hire a life coach?

Our clients reach their goals, solve problems that have been plaguing them for years, and develop a greater vision of what is possible in their lives. More specifically, the people that we coach earn more money, have greater career satisfaction and enjoy more fulfilling relationships. The divorce rate in our couples coaching program is under 4% as opposed to the national average of 50%. Our coaching clients are able to build upon their success to see possibilities they could not have envisioned for themselves in the past.

Who is your typical client?

We work with anyone who wants to maximize the quality in every aspect of his or her life! Our clients run the gamut from executives, stay-at-home moms, college students, retirees, entrepreneurs, working moms, and single parents. We’ve coached 16 year olds and 80 year olds, but the majority of our clients are in their 30s and 40s and are well-educated, upwardly mobile men and women with graduate degrees.

Can you list some specific examples of how you helped a client?

In terms of increased income, we’ve coached a photographer who increased her annual earnings from $12,000 to $200,000, a musician who went from making $25,000/year to $100,000/year, and an insurance salesman who increased his income from $30,000 to $500,000/year. We have coached separated couples from being on the brink of divorce to reconciliation and increased intimacy and fulfillment. One woman that we coach has moved several levels up the corporate ladder and is now a COO of a nationally known company.

What kind of training do you have?

All our life and career coaches have at least Master degrees in related fields such as Counseling, Social Work, Communications, Psychology, and at least 500 additional hours of training. And because we believe strongly in the benefits of coaching and supervision, all of our life and career coaches receive ongoing coaching and a minimum two hours of supervision a week. At Wright, we certify our own life and career coaches using a rigorous training program of at least 300 hours in one-on-one interaction, 100 hours in human growth and development training, 50 hours in vision realization training, 50 hours in principled living training, 50 hours in team building, and ongoing courses as the coach develops.
